On March 8 2011 a demo version of Mortal Kombat 2011 was released for PlayStation 3 for PlayStation Network Plus subscribers. March 15th for all other PlayStation Network owners. For Xbox Live the exit did not take place. The demo version includes 4 characters (Scorpio Sab-Zero Milina and Johnny Cage) and 2 arenas (Yama and the Living Forest). Of the modes there are Arcade and Versus (for two players).
