Benefits of Papaya

Often we will eat our food without knowing what it's good for, or what the benefits of it are. Just by taking a short time to learn about all the benefits of what you are eating you can eat according to what you think your body needs at the time.

You are what you eat, and if you do not know what you are eating and the effects it may have on you, you are missing out! You could be eating something that is making your health worse, or even hindering your mental performance.

Natural foods have nutritional and often medicinal value. The trick is to know what they are. Did I mention it is low in calories? So the next time you reach for that calorie packed candy bar, eat a papaya.
